This machine comes with a heated workholder, Uthe 10G Ultrasonic Generator, Uthe 228-1 NEFO supply, Microscope & LED Ringlight. We ship most of the 1204 bonders with the "pushbutton" search feature removed. The machine operates very reliably in Z lever only mode. Please let us know if you prefer the "pushbutton" mode left in place.
